If you take time off from work due to sickness

If an insured person is unable to work to undergo treatment for a nonoccupational sickness or injury and is unable to earn salary or other income during this time, he or she will be paid “Injury and Sickness Allowance”.

If you take time off from work due to sickness

Required documents:
  • Claim for Injury and Sickness Allowance/Additional Sum
    Injury and Sickness Allowance Claim Status Report
  • ** The application forms will be provided by your employer’s HR section when your absence begins.
Deadline: Have the forms certified by a doctor each month (for the period from the first through the last day of the month) and submit as instructed.
